Terms and conditions

We can't wait for you to head out on the water. Before you embark on your adventure, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By renting our Jetskis, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Eligibility and Safety:

• You must be at least 18 years old to rent our Jetskis.

• Participants must have a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Participants must have an accepted license to operate a PWC in Queensland.

• Safety gear, including life jackets, must be worn at all times during the ride.

Reservations:

• Reservations are highly recommended and can be made online, via email or by phone.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental.

Payment and Cancellation:

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• All bookings require a $1500 bond to be held for the duration of the rental period. Any repairs or refueling requirements will be deducted from the bond.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded.

• The operator reserves the right to cancel all and any rentals for any reason.

Damage and Liability:

• You are responsible for any damage to the Jetski during your rental period.

• You will be liable for injuries or damage caused to yourself and others due to your negligence.

• All Jetskis must be returned full of fuel or a refuel charge will be taken from the deposit.

Safety Briefing:

• You are required to attend a safety briefing before your rental.

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

Alcohol and Drug Policy:

• The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during your rental is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we suspect is under the influence.

Weather Conditions:

• We may cancel or reschedule rentals due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.

• We will make every effort to notify you in advance and provide alternatives.

Rules of the Water:

• Follow all local and state boating regulations.

• Do not enter prohibited areas or disturb wildlife.

• Respect the peace and privacy of nearby residents.

Environmental Responsibility:

• Dispose of trash in designated containers.

• Do not release harmful substances or litter into the water.

Insurance:

• We recommend that you have personal insurance coverage.

• Our company does not provide insurance for any activities on the water.

• Everyone must accept the responsibility for their jetski and guests.

• Jetski rentals cannot be insured in Queensland.

Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our Jetskis.

Changes to Terms:

• We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

• You will be bound by the most current version posted on our website.

Termination:

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate rentals for violations of these terms or safety reasons
